Standard Consignor Agreement

Children’s Market agrees to pay Consignor between 40% -75% of the total
sales amount, depending on consignor option chosen. The Consignor
understands that a consignor fee is deducted from
the Consignor's total sale return (to help defray the high cost of
renting the sale location). The consignor fee will be based on the
total number of items checked into the Children's Market sale.
There will be an $8.50 consignor fee for up to 149 items and a $12.50
consignor fee for 150 items or more.

Consignor understands
that all items not picked up by 5:00 PM on Sunday, June 27, 2010,
will become the property of Children’s Market LLC and donated to charity. Items cannot be held after that time.

Consignor agrees to hold
harmless and make no claim against Children’s Market LLC, the owner of
the space where the sale is held, or any volunteer or paid workers at
the sale for any damage, theft, or loss of any items consigned to
Children’s Market. Children’s Market does not anticipate any thefts,
damage, or loss, but such incidents might occur.

Consignor assumes and
bears all risk regarding consigned items and releases Children’s Market
LLC from any and all liability.

Consignor agrees to cash,
within 60 days from the date of issuance, the check Children's market
issues for Consignor's sale proceeds.
