Volunteers

If you serve as a volunteer worker, you get to shop before anyone else, and you don’t have to be a consignor to be a worker. Also, volunteer workers get guest passes so two of their friends can shop early. What a deal!

Volunteers have two working options:

Work one shift (4 hours) and you get to shop at the Worker’s Pre-Sale and the Worker’s Half-Price Sale.
Work two shifts (8 hours) and you get to shop at the Worker’s Early Pre-Sale and the Worker's Half-Price Sale.

We also offer "trade shift" options for those who don't have the time to work a four hour shift.

Bring two 6-foot folding tables to the sale between June 19 and June 21
Bring in meals or snacks for the volunteer workers: food to serve 10 people, drinks, paper plates, utensils, etc. (such as: pizza, sandwiches/wraps, snack mixes, chips)
Deliver 100 door hangers around town a few weeks before the sale.

Double-shift workers (two 4-hour shifts) may only work one "trade shift." The other 4-hour shift must be worked in the store.

The last day to add or modify a work shift is Sunday June 20th.

NOTE: Please call or email if you are unable to work your volunteer shift. In the event that you are a "no show" for your shift, you will be unable to participate in future sales.
